Unhappy with service and price

I have been a exceed customer for some time now. I pay $130 a month for crappy internet. . Can't watch a complete movie. Can not work two computers in one house hold. I do not wish to get this impossible poor service internet any longer. Have called and called to get removed. Finally didn't pay bill they cut it off. I would like to know where to send their equipment so I can return it to them. And to let them know the Card on file has been canceled. Please let me know mailing address to return your equipment .and would like to see a paper statement of last amount I owe. Never knew how much and when you were going to take it .

You will need to call into Customer Care at 866-945-3258.  Your account has not been cancelled, only suspended for non-pay.  To avoid being placed in collections, you will need to disconnect your account.

Once your account is disconnected, we will send you a equipment recovery box to return the modem and transceiver.
