Unhappy with payment process

How do you terminate this crappy company? Been with them for about 3-4 years and seriously they are a joke. Paid my bill at about 9am EST because my service was suspended to find out I won't have internet until tomorrow but the money is out of my bank account I would never recommend these people to anyone. Switching to Hughes Net as soon as I drive into town in freezing weather so I can use my phone being I paid to be able to use my phone at home but can't because this crap company doesn't turn your service back on when you pay your bill. If your new to this company get away as quick as you can they make sure you have to buy extra data hmmm I get 150 and it disappears quick and not because it's being used by my family

Not sure that not paying your bill and then blaming the company is cool in any country.
