new wifi modem/router is so slow, exede can't seem to change my wifi password so that someone else isn't using all of my data. the speed boost makes it slower. I'm tired of calling customer service and getting rude reps.

It will not do any good. I've spoke with several rude reps and have gotten nowhere. It's almost as if they are too lazy to send me back the other modem that was actually faster. They just want that extra money every month.

Hi Mindy, If you would like to change back to your old service, a tech will need to come and install the modem.  Please send your your account  information. Providing the best quality customer service is very important to us.
