Is there a penalty to change services?

Not happy with service and I will be changing. Is there a penalty?

Hi Lisa. Our services require a 24 month agreement subject to early termination fees. If you're still under contract you could see a cancellation fee.

why would change from one comp to exede and sales man tell you how much better they are and it worse then you had and you pay 40.00 more for it
