By closing my last conversation just shows how Exeded does when you call them. If I wanted your help I would have waited on hold like everyone else to get the run around. My statement was to enlighten the other Exeded customers that are upset about the things stated in my other post. So show your colors and close this one too and don't let anyone complain too much on the "CUTOMERS" forum.

Just to address this concern and since we may have a few new users to the forum I wanted to reiterate our forum guidelines which can be found here: https://community.exede.com/exede/topics/exede-and-wildblue-forum-policies-update

We (Exede) created this forum as a means of self-help and to allow some customers a different approach to the traditional method of calling in for customer service (although some situations will still require a call to our front line). Exede corporate employees such as myself moderate this forum to make sure that correct answers are being given, making ourselves available to further assist people, giving updates on service announcements (such as upcoming launches of service and products) and to ensure that this forum serves its purpose as a self-help tool for future users.  As a result we may change topic headings, discard posts, or  close posts from further comments or remove posts that do not serve a purpose to the post or discussion (or if they violate forum guidelines). The post in question was a complaint about customer support, being locked into a contract and not getting help from Exede. I made a clear offer of help, my offer of help was quickly dismissed. There was no reason to keep the post active at that point. Again if you want to be helped email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and myself or one of my fellow teammates will gladly assist you.

In regard to James, I'm sorry you were disappointed in me removing your post a while back, I recall that instance and I did realize I misread a question, changed my post and since your post pointed it out in a not-as subtle way and since I corrected my response I didn't see a need to keep it as it would have been confusing. Nothing personal bud!
