Unhappy with termination fee

Is it fair for me to have to pay an early termination fee if I am not happy with the service? I was promised good service, even where I live, but It literally is garbage. I can barely use the internet because it constantly cuts out. I work from home and need a reliable service but I'm stuck with Exede because of the ridiculous termination fee. I don't think its fair to pay for something that simply doesn't work.

Hello Denise,

With our customer agreements we do include a Early Termination Fee. Granted if there's a legitimate technical issue and we tried to repair it with no luck we could work for you please send us an email to exedelistens@viasat.com.

Thank you (personal information deleted). I am so glad to hear somebody has my back.  You are so right on when you say that after a week its all used up!! Then you're left with "liberty pass" which is absolutely a joke.  I have a smart TV and can't even use it or any of the streaming services like you mentioned.  I am hoping to get this resolved......Good luck to you!
