Uncertainty and money in my account will not be there until July 15.

I am an Exede Internet customer. I was just notified that my bill will soon be due. I checked it just 2 days ago, it said that nothing was yet due. I do not get my check until this Friday July 15th, and the payment amount of $116.xx will not be in there until then. I also am not sure of the fact that when I checked the amount owed just two days ago went from $59.xx to $116.xx in merely two days??? Thanks for your help.
