I don't really appreciate that us a well establish customer of many years are not allowed to get your unlimited data package. This seems very discriminating to good customers. To me it only says we are not considered a valuable customer. There is no excuse for this kind of discrimination.
Chase, the reason for that is that, right now, most beams on Viasat 1 are at or very close to capacity, maxed out. Viasat 2 will be coming online very early next year, just a couple of months from now and, then, the plans will open up and, maybe even some new ones will be offered.
Better that short wait than overload beams too much and, no one ever get any speed at all.
