same thing happened to me had to reset password to get into mine. Now my bill is $10 higher but have the same package. I was getting a discount for the lease since I resigned a contract 2 yrs ago but now its changed and I have to pay it??? Someones been fiddling with accounts.

I can log in now and I am on auto pay. I am staying away from customer service this all started when I asked for help with my LNFZ not resetting then got a call wanting me to change to the newer packages which I did not want to do. Then is when all this happened so guess since I am not changing packages I get to pay more??? Well I can get an even better package and pay less then I am now through Hughes. I get 18gb with LNFZ for 89.99 with lease but on Hughes I can get 50GB day and 50GB night and then get the 1 to 5 mbps if I go over for 69.99. At this point after having my rates raised as soon as the weather gets better so the installer can do a good install with out freezing this tops things and think I will change. I was going to hold out until Exede gets their new satellite up but I do not like these tactics of the way all of sudden you guys REALLY want me to change packages and decide to take away the promised lease waiver from me staying and resigning contract. I have been with Wildblue first for 5 yrs then Exede ever since they took over and was happy with it until all this crap

I cant sign into my account either. Just happen today. I also watch my data. plus seeing that SonyaA bill went up and theres a phishing attack not changing anything. please get issue fix. this is on your end so please don't tell me to email you ty

no I didn't SonyaA. just happen today wants me to change password. since you bill went up 10.00 scare too.

telling us to send email to them...when im sure there be more posting the same problems. first time I have complain to them. so please daine don't tell me to email. this has to be exede end making this problem ty.SonyaA do you think if I change my password it will let me sign in? I went ahead and email daine too. maybe it will help :)

Im able to sign in now. exede did a maintence. So all is fix. Ty so much exede. Happy customer and ty for fixing problem so fast didn't change password or nothing :)
