I am a new Exede internet user. I am able to setup and login to my online account where I can look at my account details, etc.
To setup email, my understanding is that I need to setup excede email account so I can get an firstname.lastname@example.org account, then I can configure my Android/laptop to use this account.
My problem is how to get the excede account. If I follow the online help instructions, it tells me click the "Go to My Inbox" button. Then it takes you to a login page where it asks for user name and password. Then below that, there is a link "New Email User" that you are supposed to click. This link takes me to a "registration" page. This page asks me for phone number and account number. I enter this info exactly as it shows in the account information page. I get an error message saying it does not match information on file, so I cannot proceed further.
I have been on the phone with customer service all morning, got no more minutes left. They cannot help me (this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced).
I am about to cancel my internet service since I am unable to setup email account.
Anybody can suggest something? Thanks in advance.
