Unable to send or read my email, why?

This is not a direct support forum.  The users here are very knowledgeable, and may be able to help you, if you provide more information about the issue you are encountering.

You can also get direct assistance from my team at the corporate headquarters, by emailing ViasatListens@viasat.com .  When you send the email, make sure it includes your account number, or the phone number attached to the account, and a detailed description.  

When you are encountering this, is there an error message?  What browser and browser version have you tried?  Do you have multiple browsers on the computer, and have you tried them?

If this is Windows 10 Mail, delete and re - add the account to Mail. the 1803 update seems to cause that for some, did for both my husband and grand daughter. If' this is an Apple device (iPad/Iphone, etc...) then same thing delete and re add your account. Those things seem to have occasional (like once every 2-3 years) "brain farts" and get the email ports all messed up. Mine all do it (4 iPhones and 2 iPads among family I get called on to fix when they goof up.)
