Since the login went from WildBlue to Exede, I have not been able to login... even with the help of both online and telephone help. My credit card has been re-issued and I need to change my acct to the new card.
Your log in for exede.net should be the same as your primary email log in. If you are having problems you will have to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 855-463-9333 and ask customer support for help reseting your password. This is a public forum so, they can't do that here.
