Unable to Change Plans

I wish it was this easy to change plans, unfortunately for me, it isn't.  I've been a long time customer and recently moved to an area that did not offer the Liberty 18 plan (had to go with Classic 15).  I noticed Liberty 18 is now available, but when I tried to make the change via the website, I received an "processing error message".  I've had "chats" with two different Exede reps and 5 days later, I still cannot change my plan.  The first rep even submitted a "trouble ticket" (whatever that is).  Very unhappy.

Susie, you will get quicker resolution to changing your plan by sending an email to the moderators of this forum. They are Exede/ViaSat employees located at corporate headquarters. Send your account number, phone number and your request to exedelistens@viasat.com

Sent the email to the address you listed above -- no reply.  Sent several others - same response -- nothing.  Even had 3 chats with reps.  All said requested plan change would update in 24 hours.  Guess what -- no change in plan.

Agreed, the corporate employees on this forum got my account woes sorted out quickly. It is the best way to go.
