I wish it was this easy to change plans, unfortunately for me, it isn't. I've been a long time customer and recently moved to an area that did not offer the Liberty 18 plan (had to go with Classic 15). I noticed Liberty 18 is now available, but when I tried to make the change via the website, I received an "processing error message". I've had "chats" with two different Exede reps and 5 days later, I still cannot change my plan. The first rep even submitted a "trouble ticket" (whatever that is). Very unhappy.
