trying to watch netflix and Samsung smart TV keeps buffering

Plan?  Time of day you are trying to watch?  Connection method? (Viasat built-in router or standalone router).


Answer those three questions and that will help us diagnose better.

Hello James,   Yes, we need additional information to determine what may be causing the buffering.

We see this issue from time to time. In 90% of the cases this is resolved by updating the software on the TV. This is basically how you get to it, however it can vary from model to model, go into the menu and scroll down to system then toggle over to update. 

The same way your smartphone apps will act up if they are out of date, your TV's apps will as well.
