I'm trying to sign into my router login and it keeps telling me invalid username or password. I tried resetting the modem and using the admin password and username, but it still won't let me sign in. When I click the password in adds characters to the password that I entered

Hi Tracy, It may be your browser. Try to clear cache, cookies and history. You may want to reboot your entire system as well. It is important to follow the order as it does make a difference.

1) Power-down the computer connected to your modem.
2) Power-down the router (unplug it).
3) Power-down the modem (unplug it). Wait 2 minutes
4) If you have an Ethernet cable connecting your computer to the modem, disconnect it.
5) Make sure the Ethernet cable from the router is plugged into the back of themodem
*Note: Wireless routers do not require a cable connection to thecomputers they support.
6) Plug in the modem.
7) Wait until all LED lights on the modem are solid
8) Power-up the router.
9) Power up your computer

If this doesn't work, send an email to with your account information or call 855-463-9333 for immediate assistance.

There should be a "reset" button on the router, I'd reset the router back to factory default and start over. Make sure you're clearing the browser's cache or try to use a different one to get into the router.
