Trying to make a payment

I am trying to pay a past due balance and it keeps saying system unavailable, what does that mean? The information I am putting in is correct, just curious if anyone has run into that.

Helli Jacob,  Please call Customer Care at 855.463.9333.  They will take your payment.  Your account may be suspended.

Hey Diana thank you for the response, I sent a message via customer care I have been working with someone in your dept about my account and do not want to share too much here but I had to get all new accounts for everything. I been working with someone back on Friday and I emailed customer care.
