Hi Bob,  I removed your phone number to protect your privacy. Send an email to us showing the message for the failed email.  We will send it to our email client for troubleshooting.  Send the email to viasatlistens@viasat.com and include your account and contact information.

Normally when you download email with TB it will place it in the "Inbox" folder under TB.  The method you should use is to create a "Rule" that says if the incoming email is from @wildblue.net then store it in the folder of your choice..

I download email from 3 different email servers...I created a folder for each of them and then created a rule for each of them to store incoming messages in the appropriate folder..

Is it correct that all of my @wildblue.net email accounts will be suspended as of 4-19-2019??!!  I was told this last night by what I think was one of your tech's and having received soooo much false emails purporting to be from Wildblue I really do not know if I need to be making other plans ... also -- will Viasat  or Excel handle email accounts?

If you received the email from us stating that the address would be discontinued, then yes, on the 19th, your email provided by us will no longer work.  If you didn't, then you will not be affected.

We stopped providing email addresses last year, and now suggest building an account with gmail, yahoo, outlook or one of the other large, free providers.
