Trouble with installation

Exceed internet has been a nightmare from day one. Bad service all around! I have had tech support to my house on several occasions and everything has been bad from the sales persons lies to the installation. The dish was taken off and moved due to the first installer done a bad job installing and did not anchor it properly also lied to by the sales rep from the start. I have never been so dis satisfied with anything as much as I am with this. I now have two plates on my roof because of the bad installation and still have bad service. at this point I am going to talk to my attorney about getting these removed and getting my roof fixed. I was told they are not responsible for my roof per contract. I did not sign anything the contract was emailed to me and I did not see it until after it was installed. This has been like a bad nightmare that will not go away. I finally gave up calling customer service. If you wish to speak to someone above a manager you have to male a letter to them they do not take phone calls. WOW! here is your sign!

I also forgot to add a week after I signed up the sales person was fired assuming for giving false info. to get people to sign up. A week after my dish was not installed properly the installer was no longer with the company as well.
