Trouble with equipment return

Back in May, after complaining about climbing on my roof at age 60 to retrieve TRIA,  Exede waved the fee for having local installer come take it down.I boxed everything up and sent it back. Now I am being sent to collection for 125.17 for having it removed!! thank goodness for documentation! This better go away or I'll get some representation of my own, and complain to every blog, and social media site I can find and let people know how Exede lies! How poorly they handle us senior citizens!

Michael, please send and email with your account information to I'm sure that is just an accounting error, similar to one that happened to me a few months ago. Emailing the team here will help get it resolved.

I hope so. I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life! I have been told I'm lucky, many have had bad experiences with companies such as this. I'm not out for anything but what I was told!!

Like many smaller companies these days, Exede relies on 3rd parties (i.e. companies other than itself) to provide service to its customers and it looks like someone at one of those 3rd party companies messed up.  Please let us know how this turns out.

However, the moderators on this forum and the people who service do work directly for Exede and not any 3rd party company.  Exede Brad: requesting your assistance here.

I'll look for that email. It could have been either the credit not applying (super easy fix I can take care of in 2 minutes) or if the tech took the TRIA it may not have been logged as returned and I'll just have to set up a ticket to look it up in our inventory (longer process but we can get the wheels rolling). Once I find that email with your information I'll take care of it and respond to you

I sent TRIA back with modem via the box they sent. Shipped 
ups from stasples. By the way not sure you got my email my acct # is********* and Ref# 28355918
