I have a problem with your phone people not knowing what they are doing , like supposedly updating my billing info and then taking two payments out of my bank !! I just had to update my own info because it was never done . I hope you do not take another payment out for this month since he took two payments last month ..

Please contact us at exedelistens@viasat.com. Do you know if you made a manual payment? Sometimes a double payment happens if a payment is made manually after the autopay. Either way if you email us we can refund you for the double payment.

I've called THREE times to get my credit for the TWO items I returned. I CLIMBED on top of my roof to get the part out of the dish, and put the modem in the return box. They say we got the part from the DISH but not the modem? Really, if I wasn't gonna return something, it would have been the piece on the ROOF that I had to get a ladder and climb up there! I have a ticket for the SECOND call: 23985457. Still I have half a credit $160. I was a good customer for 4 years for service that was pretty poor out here in the country. And you wanna charge me $160+ for a 4 YEAR OLD Modem you claim you didn't get...?
