I disconnected my service yesterday and I will NEVER NEVER EVER use or recommend this company to anyone else. I would pay my bill and within 3 days I was receiving a warning stating I was almost out of data. We only used the service for my son to use ABC Mouse and that was seldom because I was always out of data so quickly. I had the service turned off early last year and when I restarted I was told that I only needed to pay to restart the service and because there was an error with my last bill, I would be refunded $124. Well that never happened. I was finally told this after speaking with countless customer service reps and being given numerous stories. I have had a couple of techs out on different ocassions due to poor reception or the equipment not working. I finally decided to cancel the service permanently after being billed 2 months and not having any service. I talked to a rep for over 20 minutes yesterday and he stated he was requesting a refund. When I called in today to check the status another rep told me it was put in as a credit to my account and not a refund! Why credit my account for a prepaid service that I am not using!? She stated she was putting in the request again. At this point I don't believe ANYTHING that these people say and I will definitely be looking for other service!
