Trouble setting up account

I am trying to set up my Exede account so I can view my usage. I have entered the MAC number on the bottom of the modem and it says "We're sorry your Account Plan is not set up yet". I have had the service for 1 month now and already paid the first bill plus installation charges. Why will it not let me view my usage?

Hello Christopher. Can you email your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com so we can take a look at your account. You should have the ability to monitor your usage.
