Trouble returning modem

I got an email today saying that I had not returned your modem. That is incorrect. The modem was sent back on Monday afternoon in the box the new one came in. If you don't get it, let me know. Alden Briscoe. Please stop hassling me on this issue.

You need to remove your personal info ASAP before it gets harvested. This is a public forum available to anyone in the world, not a direct line to Exede.

BTW If you sent it Monday they probably don't have it and logged in yet.
