When I went to change my plan down to 10 gig, I was required to install a new modem for no reason. I couldn't change the plan until the modem was in. Now it's in and you've removed the plan. This is fraud.Look, I thought I was WildBlue but all the communication says Exede. I don't know which.
Any time you upgrade, put your plan on hold, or anything that otherwise changes your plan you can only go to what's currently available. As Exede shifts towards our ambitions with ViaSat 2, some plans have been retired while others may no longer be available due to the demand and capacity of where you live. We've routinely offered new options in many areas which vary by market. Some recent offerings have included a Liberty 50 plan, and some Liberty Plans with a free zone. As we get closer to ViaSat 2 at the end of the year we'll see more plans be released.
