Trouble connecting via Wildblue

I'm having real trouble connecting via Wildblue. I've been using this for a few years now, but today basically neither iPhone can get any usable internet connection. E.g., more than 20 minutes to download a flat text email message, all internet queries time out without connecting. Was working OK a few days ago (it has never been "fast"), but now it is less usable than dial-up. Any suggestions?

Grant,

Are you by any chance DAPPED having exceeded your plans data limit? Check your usage meter.

If so, see http://www.wildblue.com/downloads/master/data-allowance-policy.pdf

Went through it one time while on Wildblue and it wasn't easy getting back to the 70% threshold needed to restore speeds.

Thanks, that was the first thing I checked. My download is 42% of quota, upload 22%.

I started out with Wildblue for internet and it was good but then started having trouble with poor speeds. Everything was checked out but found out congestion on my beam. I had got it through DirectV. Think they oversold or some one did. That was when changed over to Exede and been good ever since. Hoping they doin't over sell their beams.

I looked into Exede, but according the website it is not available in my area.
