Trouble with password

again this makes the 5th time my password does not work ive called many times of this issue . the agents can get into my exede account but I cant it keep telling me my user name or password does not exist. and I know it does exist. whats up with this picture can someone help with this issue.

I know some people that can take care of your problem but someday they're going to ask you for a favor in return, sort of an offer you can't refuse. Interested?

We've been seeing a few passwords get finicky. Try the following:

1. Log in a few more tries...for some reason some folks are getting on after a 4th log in.

2. Clear your browsing history including cache and cookies and try again.

3. If that doesn't work do these steps: http://help.exede.net/articles/General/MyExede-Customer-changing-a-Username-or-Password
