Is there any way to get a total amount of monthly usage for my account? I have an exede evolution 10g plan, but the only tally of usage I can see is the 10 g being used up . I need a more accurate measure in order to make an informed decision about switching to the the new plans. I tried the eSVT tool and didn't see any further info. I'd like to see total use, including my unlimited browsing, and perhaps an average or snapshot of multiple months.

Hello Janeen, you have the option to view your monthly data usage through your personal portal through myexede.com. If you have not already registered, please check the link below for further assistance. As of now myexede and myesvt are the only current tools we have available for our customers

This doesn't answer the question. It only gives you if you've used your allotment of the 10GM of "Everything Else", not total absolute data usage. Can you please provide us with total usage so we can determine the best plan.

Andrew,
You could install a utility like NetWorx:
https://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/manual/?lang=English
It will only count usage on the computer it is installed on however.
If you wish to track all devices on your network you will likely need a router that tracks and displays usage by data/time/device.

So basically, Exede can tell us when we are "over" what they charge us for but not how much we actually use? They can measure streaming across multiple devices but not total usage across multiple devices? But then we are supposed to purchase more data or choose a new plan, basically blind? No wonder so many people are considering leaving/filing class action/etc.
They can measure it, but after 10 g they cant? BS. So glad we are out of contract.

If they could tell you, would you trust em anyway? I like to have my own monitoring stuff running for comparison. So, set up your own traffic monitor on your devices (such as Networx, mentioned above) , or look into getting some sort up open-source firmware "upgrade" for your router. Many older routers have functions that can be "unlocked" such as traffic monitoring with a simple firmware update. Many newer routers come with these features already.

A month ago we used to be able to see our total data usage on the eSVT page but now both of those resources are broken. So currently there is no way to see how much data over 100% that you have used.
