I just had a tech out to fix mine. He had to redo some things the original tech guy didn't do. Had to make sure everything was grounded, which some weren't. And had to replace the entire dish because something in the head went bad because it wasn't sealed correctly and weather got to it. I just hope they don't charge me for the equipment when it was their fault it went bad, and according to my lease agreement, I'm not supposed to be charged, unlike what they told me on the phone.
