The tool bar which used to be above my email is gone. I cannot access my options to history, book mark and all the other things that I need. I cannot even access the pulldown that includes print...I have asked this question before and only got the answer that said press alt, but that did not work.

This is not an email issue, but rather a configuration of your browser. If you tell us which browser you are using, someone will get back with instructions to fix this.

I'm not positive on this but is worth trying...   When you get to your login page in Firefox, bookmark that page (Ctrl D) and see if you can get there directly in the future from the bookmark.

It sounds like your menu bar (as opposed to the tool bar) is being automatically hidden. Right click on a blank area just to the right of all tabs that appear and ensure that "Menu Bar" is checked.

Edited your, you're - what difference, at this point, does it make ;)
