Yes, I live in the middle of nowhere & when it rains, storms, is very cloudy or windy I loose service or it is very very slow. But lately, more & more, it cuts in & out or is so slow it won''t load on even my phone on the clearest of days. I work on-line. I can not not have internet!!

I had the same problem shortly after the new equipment was installed on a pole. Come to find out, the installer never tightened the mounting bolts, so when the wind blew, it moved the satellite dish out of alignment. It is all fixed now and working great.
