Trouble watching videos on phone

when my husband tries to view a video on his phone, the video keeps pausing and buffering every 15 sec. VERY annoying and he's not a happy camper.

You need to run a speed test. If it is below 1 Mbs, reset your router and modem. You should have no problem streaming at 1 - 2 Mbs, and you should never be below that on a Liberty plan. I stream at 2 all the time. If the problem persist contact tech support, your modem could be bad, alignment off, etc.

I'd definitely recommend John's suggestion above. Also to completely rule it out, you'll want to confirm it's connected to the wifi as opposed to 3G.
