Told Router would be provided but no router on installation day

I had my installation today, was told when I set up to get the service that a wireless router would be provided . When I questioned the Tech he stated that he didn't see that on the order and he had 2 more installs that day and they didn't have routers either ???Not a very good first impression!!!

It depends on the account that you signed up for. If you get the wireless router then there is an additional $10 a month equipment rental charge. It may well be cheaper for you to just get your own router.

What account did you order ?  I have Liberty 10 and that does not have the wireless router. I use my own.  The Liberty 10 Wireless   account comes with the Exede wireless router at an extra charge.

There's also a chance that if you went through a dealer they may have been offering a router. If it's the all-in-one speedboost, like Mark suggested it would have been if you ordered the speedboost option or not. You can call us at 855-463-9333 and we can check to see if that was to be the case or not.
