Told I had exceeded my 450 gb for my email account and needed to upgrade---why

This has happened the past 2 months . husband called and was told this would be handled. Get this jimdo website and don't know what this is so not going to comply without some sort of explanation.

Last month I was out of town for 7 days and mailbox pretty full so deleted most as soon as I got home. If not resolved will just use g-mail-----jon calleton

Gmail has a 50 GB limit on their free mailboxes last I checked. 450 GB of email is insane. We have clients that do creative work and deal with very large attachments and 450 GB is about the amount of mail that 100 users total over 10 years have accumulated.

Not sure how your mailbox is that large, but it has to be an error somewhere.

I TYPED IN WRONG NUMBER OF450GB INSTEAD OF 450 MB SO I AM SURE THIS DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE BUT NEED AN EXPLANATION--JON
