Told i could not get Satellite installed because of low signal

You can always request a second visit but we will not install service if there's a line of site issue or low signal because all that would lead to is further frustration as the service won't work the way it should (or at all) in those conditions.

Be more specific. Did someone actually come out and tell you there is a line-of-sight problem? I second what Brad said. Ger a second opinion. If it is a difficult installation some installers will say "no line-of-sight" rather than do whatever is needed. Contract installers sometimes are not paid enough to do more than the simplest installation. This is another reason to use a local dealer if possible. Since they are also getting commission and residuals so they have a lot more incentive to get it to work.

Looks to me like you're caught between a rock and a hard place. You have three choices. Clear obstructions, move, or try another satellite company(the worst they can do is tell you no too). Make sure you get shown why you can't get service if you are told no.
