Trouble gaming and using streaming devices

your service is lame ,i want your equipment out of and off of my house.i made my 1st reservation for installation and over 20 days later and five apptsexede is set up,
wow its slower than the last isp we had and this is better?.......lame 12mps/18 gigs data and by the 8th of the month i am out of data
also i got your service for wi fi......however your company never provided me with the wi fi moderm i only have the hardwired modem,which does nothing for my 3 gaming devices,my ipad,my laptop,or my amazon fire tv box...all for the amazingly low price of $100 a month.

with any luck you can do that in less than 20 days......,

You are going to have to go up on your roof and remove part of the dish yourself. And send back the other stuff. Then you have to pay a HUGE fee to cancel your service. Did you even read up on satellite service? Playing X-box and other gaming devices AND the fire stick will eat up your data like it was nothing. Good luck to you.

Lack of research and contract reading on your part does not make Exede bad. Though if you have faster internet service with a larger data allowance available, you have DSL available and, I fail to see why you would even consider satellite when DSL is available.

Excede is a great option for those of us who do not have access to DSL. Many of us cannot even get dial up or, use cellular data at home. Like me I have satellite TV, Radio and, Internet as well as Exede voice for phone. Without those I would have no phone TV or radio service at all in my home. When you wish to live in a remote, rural location and are happy there but, want a few modern luxuries, satellite is often the only way to get them.

If you have DSL, then read your Exede contract and decide if you want to keep the service or pay the early termination fees.
