so your Internet is supposed to be fast. well its not. A few times it is. Very few. I have rebooted like you suppose to. Does know good.

What speeds are you getting?

Have you checked your lag "Ping". It should be about 700. cable and good DSL might give 50 - 60 ping.

Have you checked your modem settings in a browser? Enter this link ( http://192.168.100.1/?page=modemStatus )in your browser and see what your readings are, then post that info back.
