Billing trouble

In March of this year I was billed twice 8 days apart. I have phoned three times about this and still no response. I would like something done about this. I was told on the phone I would be reimbursed or the next month would not be charged to me. None of this has happened! If something is not resolved I will change internet providers.

Allen, Send an email with your account and contact info and they will be able to review your account and will get everything fixed for you.  Lindsey and Diana are good at fixing customer issues.
