Tired of no internet and phone.

I'm tired of picking up my phone or going on my computer only to find my internet isn't working again. What keeps causing these outages and when the heck will this be addressed by you?

That's why your exede voice system came with that sticker warning everybody that 911 may not work.

My signal just came back on after I don't know how long it was out, one hour or so.  Yes it gets frustrating to say the least, the sky is clear no wind so don't know what is going on, just their dropped signal.  You just  have to deal with it.

no he don't have to  "just deal with it"  he is paying for the service , either they will fix it or he can drop it.

If you were replying to my comment, my name is Roberta. The outages I have last for hours, not just minutes. The last one occurred during the night (the 6th or 7th), so I don't know exactly how long it was out. I got up at 3:00 AM and had no service, it was still out at 10:00 AM. I've been told to power off the modem and wait a minute or so and power back on. Sometimes that helps and sometimes it doesn't. I would just like to know why it continues to happen.
