Forgotten password problem

Every time I log in, I have to use the I forgot password ,I then change my password and log in, Immediately I can log out and the procedure is the same,I have to use forgot password to log back in, Why does it not recognize my new password, its every time, obviously I cannot log in right now and i just went through coustomer support to change my plan and password ( confirmation # 37859148 ) I've done all I can do , fix this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

John, the fastest way to get help with that is to call Customer Care at 855-463-9333. If you prefer email, send your account and contact information and a description of the problem to viasatlistens@viasat.com and they will help you via email.

John, Have you cleared your cache, cookies, and history in your browser?  This has helped me in the past.

Nothing seems to work, I have called customer care and was given a password which in turn asked me to input a new password, I changed the password and that worked for a day , then back to the same thing. Thank you for the help ladies !!!, back to customer care!!!!
