Slow speeds

Starting a few days ago, this service has become barely usable. Connection speed has slowed to a snail's pace, and sent email frequently fails and times out. I've rebooted the modem but it doesn't help. When the dish was installed there were no leaves on the trees but now that they're in full leaf-out I see the dish is pointed right at them. However, this was true before this recent decline in speed. Should a tech come out to evaluate?

Assuming you have not used all of you data allowance or Priority data for the month, I'd suggest trimming those trees first. If that doesn't help, you may need a service call to check alignment, install and, equipment health in general. If funds for that are a problem, consider adding Easy Care to you plan to make service calls more affordable.
