Three Days?

My new month started on the 4th by the 8th I was out of data' I got email from Exede morning of the 8th so that actually makes it only 3 days. Two of those days I wasn't even home I live alone , Turn off my wifi on all my devises when I am done. Again where did it go? did I even really get my data allowance? I've had the misfortune of being with Exede for 16 months. In that 16 months even when it was unplugged for weeks my data just like a fart in the wind it's gone. No one will even try to explain why they do come up with some of the it's MY fault stories that don't makes since. I would like a detailed summary of my useage not just showing that I'm out. Five times you have been in breach of contract,I pay for something I don't get, that cancels our contract

Hi Lisa.

There could be MANY MANY ways that happens. Windows updates for example runs stealthily in the background with little to show other than a wake of consumed data. If you email us at we can review this for you and help you out
