This serive is noooooooo good. My data seems to consume its self and I find that the meter is wrong. Even when no devices are connected to my network, I am consuming data. This is very frustrating because when I actually need my data for computer updates and such, I dont even have the capacity to accomplish such nominal tasks. I cannot wait to get a new service.

I just wonder if there is a chance if you have a cell phone you have it on WIFI. That can run it up without any computers running. Your cell phone will use a lot of your time. I know my phone has a lot of thing running that runs up your time. I turned off my wifi and found it was turning it self back on. So what I did was delete my home wifi completely off my phone. So the only way it would use my wifi, I would have to put in my security code. So just something to look at. I know I hear a lot of people complaining about this, maybe they do have a issue, but I don't seem to have a problem. I am not right on top of it either. I have gone a few times, so I never seen a reason to watch it. So this is just a suggestion, to check. I don't think they would deliberately cheat us, but as everything it could have a issue and I am hoping they are looking into it from all the complaints, but non from me yet and hope not ever. Did you know if you see you have went over for a reason, like I had to rebuild a computer and went over. I called them and said I need just a little bit more time, but don't want to raise what I have. They gave me 5 more megs to help me out.

if you have a router and very poor security, some one may be hacking your router  and stealing your wifi
