This issue with the Late Night Free Zone not working

hey monica was having the same problem that you are having for about a year now and it sucks . we download movies and stuff off on demand and a movie per download of 30 min long show or something like that is 1-3 gigabytes. it takes of your data. i finally found out the only way for it to reset to late night free zone is for your modem to be completely free of nothing using the internet. nothing through any gaming system or tv like a genie or laptop opened up in a browser. everything has to be offline or in other words nothing on the internet. the way i found out for it to reset was to unplug your router in the back the power plug so that just your router not your modem but so that anything that you use to try to connect to internet is available is what it should say .but anyways so unplug the power cord on the back of the router from 11;50 pm- 12;10 am at 10 after 12 plug it back in and it should have reset and u should be getting it for free hope this helps
