I WAS TOLD THIS IS THE FASTEST INTERNET SERVICE AROUND WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS...IT RAINS IT GOES OUT.THE WIND BLOWS IT GOES OUT.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EXCEDE TO ANYONE......

Lol.... nice rant....... all satellite goes out when it rains..... directv, dishnetwork, hughesnet, exede.....so its nkt just a exede thing..... and where do you live? Why did you get satellite if you have high speed cable around? And what are your speds.... you said its nkt fast...well...did you do a speed test? Maybe your speeds are low because of a terrible install and un aligned dish...


Point is..... ALL CAPS MAKES A POSTER LOOK FOOLISH AND SIGNIFIES A LACK OF SELF CONTROL..... .

Yeah, using all caps is kind of like walking into an office and starting to yell at the top of your lungs..

Another thing to keep in mind with all satellite internet providers is that they all have high latency because the signal has to travel into space and back.

If you are looking for something with low latency, then this would not be the service for you.

If you have other internet choices, sat interet is not for you. If you do need it, it sounds like you got a bad install. Send a message to exedelistens@viasat.com about your problem (rant not needed, they're not the one's that caused your problem) and they should be able to get you fixed up.

A bad install will cause the problems you listed. While rain will cause Exede to go out, it takes a LOT of rain, storm type rain to make ours go out.

Please we don't need to add mother nature into this Exede Internet sucks without anyone or anything's help in the matter.

The thing is we cant get out of this contract. Which I am contacting Attorney General for this company False Advertisement. And yes not always the weather IT DOES PLAIN SUCK...

I agree. Customer service is a shame. Requested a service man they refused to send one. Said fix it yourself or do without. Requested to speak with supervisor. They hung up. I wish I had never heard of them. Rude people and no help at all.

Could you please email us at exedelistens@viasat.com? I want to know the details of you being set up with our service and also I can take a look to see if anything like a bad install, weak signal reading or anything along those lines may be the culprit in why your service is slowed.
