Unhappy with service

This is the WORST company I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with. After over 20 calls, 5 on-site service visits, and HOURS upon HOURS of my time wasted over the past 2 months, I still don't have the correct plan and service. Every rep I speak to gives me a different answer, I get disconnected almost every time I call, no one calls back or completes the updates they promise they will. I want nothing more than to cancel my service with this company and never work with them again, but despite all of the problems they won't let me out of my contract without an early termination fee. This is deplorable, and I have reported them to the BBB, and will tell everyone, in every forum available, not to use their service.

I did the same with them they took money out of my account with out permission then put it back they are a very bad company call back and tell them you want a refund on what your not getting. that will sometimes make them pay attention.
