Trouble with email transition

I lost 4 days of e-mail when they switched , including death of a friend. This is crazy. On again off again service and the wildblue format is terrible. I have always used Safari. It is great. but how do I get this set up working?

Go.wildblue.net has the settings for setting up email clients with the wikdblue email. Mail.wildblue.net is the login for webmail access. As far as what your exact issues is I need more detail.
