This internet provider is a joke

We've had service a little over a week and have used 70% of our 15 GB plan and the account is so messed up they won't even let me make a payment. Wrong first name, wrong account on file.  Told me to go to Walmart and buy a pre paid card to pay my bill. Really?  I asked to cancel and they told me I would have to pay cancellation fee!  How, when you can't even take my payment for service, how are you collect on cancellation fee. Worst service ever.
