We've had service a little over a week and have used 70% of our 15 GB plan and the account is so messed up they won't even let me make a payment. Wrong first name, wrong account on file. Told me to go to Walmart and buy a pre paid card to pay my bill. Really? I asked to cancel and they told me I would have to pay cancellation fee! How, when you can't even take my payment for service, how are you collect on cancellation fee. Worst service ever.

The internet has never slowed down for me this month, even during primetime.
Viasat is no joke to me. I'm a very happy camper.
