This isn't a direct customer support forum but largely a customer-to-customer self help forum. It;s not entirely clear which "adapter" you're speaking of.

You'd probably do better to contact Exede directly using chat, email or phone as described at:

from execde voice /did not get one for over a month now every week i get one or two

Sounds like someone is cleaning out their warehouse!  They probably have an excess of the voice adapters, sine the wifi modem has the voice adapter built in.
