Unhappy with service

For the last 4 days, average up?dpwnlaod speeds are less than 0.5MBPS  night or day, may have to bite the bullet, pay the early disconnect and go with Huges Net.  Use them at the other ranch and absoluty no issues there.

If you were happy with Hughesnet, and can't believe you were because I have used both services, with did you switch to Viasat.

For over a year and a half, no issues with the ranch that has hughes net,  Every month or the past 2 ears here in central texas exede  has had issues, I average one or more calls thrying to get the issues resolved.  right now, direct to the modem, 0.06 Mbps download and 0.39 Mbps upload

Sorriest excuse for service.  But hey, customer service says "it's working"

It's NOT working if your numbers are that bad, especially your upload numbers should NEVER be that bad. There is something wrong with your installation, router or something else.


Take what customer service says with a grain of salt. Email a moderator on here directly and have them look at your systems stats. Something is not right.
