How much are you paying and what plan are you on?  How much data have you used for the current billing cycle?  Are speeds slow all the time, or are speeds better during the day and worse in the evening?

No one can really answer your question without more information than you provided.  Its possible your plan is working exactly as it is supposed to and it is also possible there is something wrong with your equipment.
